How much will my bike rent for?
Most bikes fall in the $50–$100 per day range, plus a flat $0.50 per mile. We use a dynamic pricing algorithm that adjusts rates every week based on demand, aiming for a sweet spot of about 2 days rented per week. You can browse current prices on our bikes page.
How is maintenance handled?
Before every rental we do a 15-point inspection and hand clean the bike. If anything needs repair, we’ll let you know and you can either handle it yourself, take it to your mechanic, or have us take it to ours. Owners cover maintenance and service costs — unless the damage was caused by the renter, in which case it’s on them.
What about insurance?
Insurance runs $150/month for comprehensive coverage that protects both you and us while riding the bike. We split that cost 50/50.
What kind of rental frequency can I expect?
Our pricing algorithm targets roughly 2 rental days per week. Actual frequency varies by bike, season, and demand, but we tune prices weekly to keep your bike consistently booked without leaving money on the table.
