There is no mileage limit at Moto Venice. We simply charge a low daily rate and then a per mile fee. The more you ride, the more you pay. Mileage fees will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of the rental.

Cancel 7 or more days before your trip starts for a 100% refund of your rental fee, or between 3 and 7 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days (72 hours) before your trip start are not refunded. Your security deposit is always refunded in full when you cancel, regardless of timing. Trips cannot be cancelled through the website within 24 hours of the start time — please contact us directly. See our full cancellation policy for details.
We're generally available between the hours of 9am and 6pm, however, we are often out of the garage. Please contact us to make arrangements or to browse our inventory.
We work by appointment only, so it's very important that you are on time to pick up the bike. If you're going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your pickup time, as there's not always somebody at the garage.

Our garage is right next to Marina Del Rey Quality Cleaners and behind Niche Cafe. Please do not park in the MDR Quality Cleaners parking lot. There is usually unlimited street parking on Oxford Street.
Yes, all renters must carry a valid motorcycle insurance policy for the state of California. We've partnered with MBA Insurance to provide renter's insurance at a low rate of $15 per day. (Our policy number is 01A203305)

A valid motorcycle license, proof of insurance (through MBA Insurance), and a helmet are required. We have a limited amount of gear (helmets, jackets, phone mounts, boots, gloves, etc..) for rent as well. Let us know what you need in advance.
Stay calm and safely pull over. Be ready to show your valid motorcycle license, the bike registration copy, and proof of insurance through MBA Insurance. We include the registration link in your Trip Details page and your trip confirmation email.
The security deposit is $1000. This is to cover any damages to the motorcycle or other items during the rental. The security deposit minus mileage charges, any late fees, and gear charges will be refunded to you after the rental if there are no damages.

Absolutely. Rent our motorcycles by the hour or day for productions, shoots, or events. We work with photographers, studios, and film crews.
Yes! But they'll need to go through the same rental process as the primary rider and provide their own proof of insurance.

Yes! We offer tiered multi-day discounts: rent for 3–6 days and get 10% off, or rent for 7 or more days and get 20% off. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. We also offer a 10% discount for students, veterans, and seniors 65+ with a valid ID.
No, we do not offer motorcycle service or repairs. However, we can recommend a few trusted mechanics in the area. Also, we're looking to partner with an entrepreneurial mechanic to offer a full service shop in the future.
